If I have a problem with a delivery what should I do?
If you encounter an issue with a delivery while using MyWrightStock, it's important to address it directly with the vendor from whom you purchased the goods. MyWrightStock is not responsible for handling claims related to delivery problems. To resolve any issues efficiently, you should contact the vendor's customer service or support team and communicate the specific details of the problem you've encountered. This may include issues such as damaged items, incorrect quantities, or late deliveries.
I work across multiple sites but I can only view one location, why is that?
If you find that you can only view one location within MyWrightStock despite working across multiple sites, there could be a couple of reasons for this limitation. Firstly, it's possible that the other practice or site you work at is not currently utilising MyWrightStock for inventory management. In such cases, access to inventory data for that location may not be available within the system.
Alternatively, if the other practice is indeed using MyWrightStock, but you still can't view it, it may be necessary to contact the administrator of that location. The location's admin can then extend your access permissions to include that specific site within the MyWrightStock platform.
