Stock Adjustments

Stock Adjustments help maintain accurate inventory records and correct discrepancies in stock levels. When completing stock adjustments, you are required to select a reason, such as:

  • Damaged Stock - To indicate stock that is damaged and no longer usable.
  • Expired Stock - When stock has expired before it's been used
  • Return to Stockroom - When stock is returned from an Issue Location

Perform Stock Adjustment

  1. From the Stock Enquiry screen, select a product you want to perform a stock adjustment against.
How to select a product
  • Scanning: Tap barcode_scanner to scan the product's barcode.
  • Product Search: Type the product code or description into the search bar.

You can sort item list by Name (A-Z) or Quantity (Descending order), or Last Counted Date (Oldest to Latest) by selecting the more_horiz action icon.

  1. From the product's details screen, tap change_circle Adjust Stock.

  2. Select a Reason and enter the Quantity.

  3. Tap outbox Confirm Adjustment
