Stock Adjustments
Stock Adjustments help maintain accurate inventory records and correct discrepancies in stock levels. When completing stock adjustments, you are required to select a reason, such as:
- Damaged Stock - To indicate stock that is damaged and no longer usable.
- Expired Stock - When stock has expired before it's been used
- Return to Stockroom - When stock is returned from an Issue Location
Perform Stock Adjustment
- From the Stock Enquiry screen, select a product you want to perform a stock adjustment against.
How to select a product
- Scanning: Tap barcode_scanner to scan the product's barcode.
- Product Search: Type the product code or description into the search bar.
You can sort item list by Name (A-Z) or Quantity (Descending order), or Last Counted Date (Oldest to Latest) by selecting the more_horiz action icon.
From the product's details screen, tap change_circle Adjust Stock.
Select a Reason and enter the Quantity.
Tap outbox Confirm Adjustment
