Find Deliveries

Search for deliveries by Invoice Number, Date Range or filter_alt filter by Status. Select a delivery to see more details.

Note

The delivery status will only show as Complete when all items in the delivery have been fully processed.

When you open the delivery you will see a list of products to process. In addition, you can also view the delivery directly in MyWrightPlace website using the open_in_new icon.

To receive an item, click Receive Item.

Tip

Note

An Each represents the unit that the item is ordered and billed in. Stocking Unit of Measure represents how the product should be stocked in a location.

When an item is stocked in a different unit of measure than its base unit of measure (each), additional information on how to breakdown and stock the item will be shown underneath the input quantity field.

Enter the Quantity of stock you've received and click Confirm.

Reporting Delivery Issues

In the event where the delivery contains damaged items or less items than quantity stated in the delivery, this should be reported to Wrights Dental as soon as possible using Report Issue in the more_horiz actions icon.

When issue has been reported, a user can mark the item as Complete by selecting Complete with Shortages. This will avoid the delivery appearing as Incomplete when in reality it has been fully processed.
