Goods Issue

The Goods Issue process is used when you want to remove stock from the stockroom to be used in surgeries or any other place in the practice. Use this function when removing stock to keep accurate track of your location stock levels.

Perform Goods Issue

1. From the Stock Enquiry screen, select a product that you want to issue out of stockroom.

How to select a product

• Scanning: Tap barcode_scanner to scan the product's barcode.
• Product Search: Type the product code or description into the search bar.

You can sort item list by Name (A-Z) or Quantity (Descending order), or Last Counted Date (Oldest to Latest) by selecting the more_horiz action icon.

2. From the product's screen tap outbox Issue Stock.

3. Select the Issue Location and enter the Quantity to be issued.

4. Tap outbox Confirm Issue.
