Goods Receipt

The Goods Receipt process facilitates the receipt of products from suppliers into the central stockroom. This process is how to replenish the stock levels held within MyWrightStock.

You can also see all your completed deliveries by selecting done_allReceived Deliveries tab.

Receive Goods

  1. Navigate to the Goods Receipt screen

  2. Search for a delivery with the search search button and entering invoice number. Tap the Delivery.

  3. Choose which product from the delivery to receive and select this in the app:

  • Scanning: Use the barcode_scanner barcode scanning function to scan the barcode of each product listed on the order.
  • Product search: Use the search bar or select the product from the list.
  1. Input the Quantity to receive.

  2. Tap thumb_up Receive.

Once all products in the delivery have been fully received and marked as Complete the delivery will move to the done_all Received Deliveries tab.

Product Details

When you select a product, you will see the following information:

  • Default Bin placement
  • Product Information
  • Quantity
  • Batch Information (if applicable)
  • Stocking Information

Reporting Delivery Issues

In the event where the delivery contains damaged items or less items than quantity stated in the delivery, this should be reported to Wrights Dental as soon as possible using the mail Issue button.

When the issue has been reported, you can mark the item as Complete by selecting error Shortages. This will change the delivery item status from Incomplete to Complete.

Important

You cannot receive more items than the quantity specified on the delivery. If you have received more than your ordered, please contact Wrights Dental.
