Issue Locations

Issue Locations represent any place within a practice where stock is distributed to, such as a surgery room. A location can have one or more issue locations depending on the physical layout of the practice.

The Issue Locations page is accessible to users with Admin account privileges and will only display issue locations for the selected location.

Issue Location Management

Go to the Issue Locations page from the settings Configuration Menu, located in the top-right corner.

You can view, create, edit edit or deletedelete issue locations for a selected location. When you change a location, the issue location list will refresh automatically.

You can also filter the list using of the filter_alt tools available or use the View toggle to control what you want to see/hide in the list.

Add Issue Location

To add a new Issue Location select the New button. A pop-up form will appear.

Enter the new Issue Location name and press Create. The name has to be unique to the location.

Note

If you sell any stocked products, you will want to create an Issue Location to represent where the products are sold to. Use this location for the Goods Issue to keep inventory records accurate.
